 Post offices are open from 7:00 to 19:00. Saturdays are open 07:00 to 13:00. Offices in major cities during the summer are open until 22:00. Postage stamps can be bought at post offices and newsstands. Public phones can be used only if you have phone cards, which can also be purchased at post offices, newsstands, in hotels and tourist complexes. If you want to send a post card, you can leave it at the hotel reception or put in a yellow mailbox.
