Autumn Holiday in Dubrovnik

thumb_lopud_beach_sunjAccording to the British newspaper The Guardian Dubrovnik is the fourth destination for autumn holidays and enjoyment in the late season. Dubrovnik is extremely busy in the summer months, it is harder to find suitable accommodation, the beaches are overcrowded ... but autumn is the time when you can really relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. The average temperature is max. 25C, and the sea is warm enough for swimming. Accommodation prices in the late season are also favorable, which is one more reason to visit Dubrovnik in autumn. Take the chance and embark on Postira, the ship which will take you to Lopud, an car-free island, walk to Šunj  (Pronounced "shoon") beach and enjoy the unspoilt nature. Šunj is one of the best beaches in the Dubrovnik area.
